Lufft LCOM road sensor communicator

Good afternoon, thank you for being part of this community.
I have a problem with a road sensor communication equipment, it is a CPU from the brand LCOM LUFFT, in it the interface is shown for different road sensors such as visibility meters, precipitation sensors, wind sensors, among others. The problem I have is that I can not add those sensors to a new LCOM LUFFT equipment.
The damaged equipment is a Micks model, where it is seen in the following image, I have the sensors and they appeared without problems, but now in the new LUFFT model equipment I do not see the sensors when I scan them. I have also left the parameters the same as another equipment equal to that LCOM micks communicator
On the other hand, I was told that it might be required to export files from the previous equipment with a USB and add them to the new LCOM LUFFT communicator, but I do not know how to perform that process. If any of you have knowledge of these equipment I would appreciate your support.
