Finally I took it to the technician, as the day came when I could no longer turn it on. It was the power supply.
      Thanks for your answers.

Of course, temperatures - the biggest "enemy" of the GPU and other components.
100% load and 64-67º - are very good temperatures. Going over 74º - that's when you should start to worry.
You can lower the temperatures by limiting the frames per second (FPS): you limit it, for example, to 30-40FPS and everything is perfect, only the gaming experience at +/-30FPS is not the most pleasant, unfortunately. But you get good temperatures

Apparently it is normal, since on a netbook with windows 7 the same thing happens, when copying and pasting files the disk goes to 100% and in this case the health status is good, unfortunately I do not have other PCs to test; but I intuit that exactly the same thing would happen. The solution would seem to be, to have the system on a different drive from the files or to buy an SSD. I probably did not realize it before since the task manager of previous systems did not show disk usage; but now I understand why it was slow for me.

      So I am satisfied.

      Thanks for the answers.

      Greetings!

      Hello,

It could be a memory problem, one of the slots might be damaged (note that this is a fairly common problem in most motherboards over time, I don't know if it's due to dust, handling, or positioning...)

The truth is that it sounds more like a graphics problem to me, like drivers, overheating...

I would start by updating the drivers, if that doesn't solve anything, I would check that the graphics card is fine in every way, physically and virtually (through stress tests and similar), and if that doesn't work either, I would try formatting the system, to clean it completely and start over with updated drivers and everything else.

      Best regards
