Does the new graphics card give you an image? If so, enter the Bios, reset the default settings. Save and exit. Start by pressing F8 and boot into safe mode, if it starts up and works well, format the PC. Sometimes adding new hardware can cause the OS not to work.
The GTX770 is an improved GTX680, and the R9 280X is an HD7970 Ghz Edition without the improvements of the 290, so I stick with the GTX770 but always looking for a good deal.

Es una pena que las auténticas mejoras en esta nueva gama, se limiten a la R7 260 y las R9 290 de momento <:( . Quizá en una segunda revisión ya tengamos la gama entera renovada, gracias a los ensambladores.
