test the normal uppercase lowercase etc, and if not as bm4n says you disconnect the battery, which if you don't have to remove any seals to access the battery you don't lose the warranty.

edit: another option that logically wouldn't let you do (but you can try) is to update the bios (which is nothing but a ¿EPROM?) and when you update it it will wipe everything that the previous one had.

Ok thanks to everyone it's already solved do you know what the problem was??? well it turns out that I was entering the key with the numeric keypad and when my key on the top numeric keypad broke it already let me in so thanks to everyone.
