@yerayedy If you search carefully on Youtube you will see that there are quite a few tutorials for “tuning” the Ryzen. And by tuning I mean that you can lower the CPU voltages so that it heats up less and you can have a bit more margin to do OC. It's curious but you can improve the performance and consumption of the 2600 
What you have to keep in mind is that you need a decent source and the stock cooling is pretty fair. You can find some decent air cooling that doesn't go up much in price. On the other hand, if you're going to put a liquid one, as they already tell you, better that it's 240 because the 120 will practically have the same performance as an air one.
