Programa para videoconferencia con servidor propio

Existe por la red algun programa para realizar videoconferencia pero con mi propio servidor? El tema es que lo necesito para realizar videoconferencia pero en una Intranet y no se desea que la comunicación salga de la propia empresa, por eso programa como el Messenger no sirven.
Si no es muy caro (o incluso gratix mejor eh).

Yo uso el NetMeeting en mi red local casera.
Ya viene instalado en Windows, así que… más gratis imposible
