Outlook e internet

Mi problema es el siguiente, tengo internet por cable con el modem de 3com (aleta de tiburon) y me he compartido la conexion con un router broad Babd , en concreto el de USRobotics, para 3 ordenadores, el problema es q tengo 3 cuentas de correo, una en cada equipo, y bien configuradas, siempre me ha ido bien, hasta que formatee un equipo, vuelvo a configurar bien la cuenta en el outlook del windows xp, y cuando le doy a enviar o recibir, no me entra ni sale nada, solo me dice que no hay mensajes nuevos, pero sin embargo, en el correo web si que tengo mensajes nuevos.
Que ocureeeeeee, alguien me lo puede decir o dar alguna idea???
