Cable USB para alimentar a 5Voltios

Pues haber si sabeis algun esquema para sacar 5voltios del USB, Para alimentar wifi de 24dbi con el portatil.

es facil, cojes un polimetro y pones a medir, nisiquiera hace falta que cortes el cable, utilizas como masa el metal de fuera y vas pin por pin buscando los 5v

yo soy un poco violento y suelo cruzar los puentes y no quiero hacer una descarga en la fuente de alimentacion xD
Pero com ganas y muchos cigarros lo intentare.
