Problemas al apagar windows

Hola amigos:
Resulta que he cambiado el equipo y lo que tengo ahora es esto:
-DFI Lanparty ut nf4 ultra-d
-Athlon 64 3200
-2x512 DDR400 OCZ Perfomance Rev3
-X800gto2 con el mod a x850xt
-Disco duro Seagate sata de 160 gigas
-Fuente thermaltake purepower 460Pues el caso es que tarda mucho en apagarse, salen varios programas que no se logran cerrar bien y tarda muchisimo.
Instalado esta el xp sp2, con kaspersky antivirus y el firewall de la nf4.

Pasale algun antispyware como el de microsoft o el de lavasoftware. Los antivirus no detectan todos los spywares y los que detectan no los eliminan bien del todo.
