Ya tiene que haber sido un alemán muy cazurro o muy troll para haber puesto ese nombre. Además la página web no parece demasiado profesional ni original que digamos así que tiene más pinta de humo que de otra cosa.
Aún así me parece un conecto interesante para aplicar a otros protocolos abiertos o como una extensión del inminente HTTP/2.
