Problema Filezilla Server

Buenas, pues estoy montando un servidor ftp con el filezilla server y el problema me viene a la hora de conectarme via web de un navegador, no me encuentra la direccion, tengo un ip fija mediante No-Ip y no hay manera de hacer que me conecte via web, si lo hago mediante filezilla cliente no hay problema.
Los puertos los tengo abiertos y sin ningun cortafuegosSaludos

y no puedes probar con otro tipo de servidor? no se, serv-u o bullet proof (o lo que se use hoy dia, que hace años que no monto un ftp)

por probar si, pero he visto que este es el mas estendido
