Alguien me podría decir que programas son los mejores para medir los rendimientos de los discos duros y que tb funcienen para sistemas RAID

Uno muy bueno es el Hdtach, pero ya no se si funciona en raid, todo es cuestion de probar.

Si, el Sandra, al menos la versión 2003 también detecta los raids y se le puede hacer un benchmark pulsando en el icono 'File System Benchmark'.
