Win XP logando en NT

tengo un problemilla sencillo.. un portatil con Windows XP pro intentando logar en un dominio Windows NT 4.0 al meterlo dentro del dominio me da la bienvenida al dominio pero al reiniciar el portatil me dice que el servidor esta bloqueado y que no se puede logar.. ha probado a crear la cuenta de equipo a mano en el servidor, pero na de na… alguna manilla ??

Revisa permisos y/o configuración en NT. En segundo lugar reinstala el XP.
