No le veo mucho sentido a usar la arquitectura x86 (con toda la complejidad que ello conlleva y lo delicados que son en ambientes adversos) habiendo hardware especialmente pensado para estos sectores, como los autómatas. Lo único interesante de la placa es la cantidad de puertos serie que tiene.
