Hola desactivo PAE en 32 bits, pero hoy pase a 64 bits, debe ir activado o desactivado, tengo 7 ultimate y 4 ram

No, en 64 bits no hace falta.

El PAE en sistemas de 64bits sirve para PCs con más de 16 EB de RAM, que vienen a ser casi 17 millones de teras. Ahora eso sí, aunque puedes consumir más de esa cantidad, no podrás tener hilos de ejecución que consuman más de 16 EB, lo cual es, sin ninguna duda, una limitación a tener en cuenta.
