Markdown y el tamaño de los videos de Youtube

Cada vez que cuelgo un video de youtube en el foro. Me sale un pedazo de video que si alguien lo ve se asusta. Como puedo corregir el tamaño.

El tamaño del reproductor se adapta a la pantalla. En principio el usuario no puede modificar el tamaño. El plugin que uso debería reducir el tamaño a 640x360 pero no sé por que no lo hace. Lo miraré más adelante.
