Instalar Linux en un smartwatch tiene la misma complicacion que hacerlo en un smarphone que es ninguna. Los relojes llevan procesadores arm con una cantidad generosa de ram. Como opcion esta bien pero no es nada especial que haya aparecido una distro para relojes.
