I, as always, would recommend that you file a formal complaint through the complaints service of the corresponding Autonomous Community. In Madrid, you can do it directly online. The company is obliged to respond to you within a period of, I believe, two months and normally makes every effort so that when they give you the answer the matter is resolved.
The complaint thus presented is officially recorded for all purposes and is a necessary step to, at some point, even go to court.
You have every chance of winning in this situation as they have your money … At least you will expedite the matter.

claro que me gusta, pero apenas lo uso (entre semana llego a casa a las mil y los fines de semana entre el portatil del curro para navegar y la consola si me da por echarme una partida me es mas que suficiente) y me fastidia tenerlo en casa muerto de risa.
