      Hello,

After a lot of struggling, I finally managed to get a change of pair. You have to insist a lot for them to listen to you and prove that you know what you are talking about. If not, they will not take you seriously, as they have tried several times in the Jazztel technical service forum.

Here I leave you the link to my dispute with the technician:

Line status and synchronization: Jazztel Forum: Technical Support

      I have gone from 2mb to 5mbps

      Best regards!

Congratulations on the improvement. In order for telecom companies to do what they are supposed to do, it is very important to say the right words. One day I will tell the story of how I spent 8 years trying to get a pair of copper wires instead of a TRAC and finally this summer I succeeded.

And you'll be stuck with the Technical Service <:(

Now seriously, in this life it's clear that if you want something, or make it known that you care, no matter how heavy it is necessary or they take you for a fool.

Congratulations on managing to resolve an incident in a dignified way.

          Cheers!

Well done, the one who follows it gets it. :osvaisacagar:
Of course it's a shame to have to insist so much when it's something that costs more to deal with than to solve it. If the technician has already come to your house, why the hell doesn't he check the wiring and connections? :wall:
            Anyway, congratulations on the victory.
            Best regards

              Thank you very much!

I thought it was appropriate to post this battle in the forum so that you can see how the technical service is going.

If anyone has problems and truly believes that the state of their line is bad, they should not cut it off at all. Telefónica charges €15 per month for line maintenance, and the least they can do is fulfill that maintenance...

By the way, the technician who came was from Telefónica.

              Greetings!

Well done! It's clear that nowadays we either fight or they take us for fools at the slightest!

It happened to me with Ono, they climbed the vine with who-knows-what prices and even after 1:30 hours on the phone they passed me to a "Spanish" speaker, then they acknowledged their mistake and as compensation they gave me 65MB/5MB + 60min free calls for 48€ + VAT forever, I think it's a good price for the megabytes they give me.

And another story but this one is OFFTOPIC ;D:

! It just happened to me this week with insurance, out of nowhere they wanted to change my comprehensive insurance without a franchise from 980€ to 1250€ because according to them I had given 4 claims (lie, it was a single repair at the end of the insurance for typical scratches etc…) anyway, I called and until I fought and looked at other companies, they didn't come down from the horse.
! The good thing, in the end it came out even cheaper for me, 800€ comprehensive and without franchise :fuckyea:

Congratulations on the victory XaviJS, the truth is that it is pitiful to have to congratulate you for this that they should do without one saying anything, and even more so if in the end it was not even the fault of your company if not of telefónica, what dark pact do they have that they do not give them hell so that they maintain the lines in good condition.

                  @cobito:

You will already tell me how, because at home there is no way to make them put a line and they are only about 400/450 meters of cable. Fortunately I have 3G coverage otherwise I would die of disgust, that now I have my own :wall:.
I have the "universal broadband" requested to see what they put, that will also be capped but at least if they build the infrastructure :troll:.

A month ago I also had a chat with my car insurance company.

When I signed up they told me the first payment would be €320, the next €280, and from the third onwards they would be €240.

Of course, I signed, (it's third-party insurance with extended coverage, theft and fire).

The thing is, this year I saw that they were still €320, I called them and they said sorry, it was a mistake, they can't lower it because I already had the 50% discount, blablabla.

I told them I didn't buy the mistake, that before putting a contract on sale or an offer, it is studied VERY well, too much, so that there could be a mistake in my contract and in all the others that took advantage of the same offer as me.

Anyway, in the end they transferred me to another department, they lowered it to €280 and to make up for the inconvenience they let me choose between a Garmin GPS I don't know what, or a Parrot hands-free with lithium battery and such, valued at €70.

I went for the parrot; because you have to update the maps of the GPS and for that I already have android with Google Maps which is free.

                    Best regards!

I'm glad, uncle, I've suffered a generated line on my own skin and I know what it feels like xD

Mine has been "always" because of wiring and distance, then because they laid fiber and didn't pass it through the cabinet (they messed up my connection with Jazztel and since the test parameters were OK they sent me away)

The truth is that now I can't complain because this runs much better and my parents pay for it :troll: The fiber and the cabinet in my urbanization turned out to be like beer for Homer, problem and solution.
