Hello, I have a Brother MFC 260 C printer and for several days now I have not been able to print anything. I have checked the ink, the paper, the printer default in the control panel and all of this is correct. I have also run the troubleshooter and it shows a window like shared printer corrected the print jobs in the queue also shows as corrected.
I have also restarted the desktop PC and nothing. It is an Asus i5 with Windows 7 Ultimate operating system. I have also changed the USB connection port on the tower and I have not achieved anything either.
In case it helps, in Devices and Printers under Status it says error
To be honest, I don't know what to do and it has never happened to me before. If any of you are kind enough to help me, I will be very grateful.
Regards.

Can you attach a photo in these messages? I say this because it may be much easier to perhaps see the problem.

You can, by uploading them to a site and attaching the address... but if you don't see anything strange. You can try uninstalling the drivers. -
Reinstalling the printer may fix the error, but it would be good to know exactly what error it gives, lest it be a physical problem.

A piece of paper, planned obsolescence, a bad configuration, that Windows updating drivers got it wrong... it could be a thousand things

If I uninstall the drivers, then is it easy to reinstall them? I say this from my ignorance since I'm not a computer expert, I'm just an ordinary person.

I've already done this several times without success.

The paper thing NO, I ignore the rest since I'm not an expert and that's why I'm asking. In short, I'm having a hard time solving this from a distance.

You say you have reinstalled but have not deleted the drivers.
Delete the drivers without fear and look for the Downloads | MFC-260C | Spain | Brother on the manufacturer's page. -
