I have thoroughly looked into all the possibilities, configurations and taking into account that we have a server with dual xeon when it arrives, etc., I thought it was selfish of me to go overboard and also build a tower which, on the other hand, for less than 2000 euros I couldn't if I wanted custom liquid cooling and the obsidian tower. So looking around, the one who sold me the server told me not to even think about buying the alder lake, to go for 11 or ryzen. Well, as luck would have it, I found this laptop on the market, for 1400 with windows installed and the works. I was amazed Krampak at the multi-threaded performance, because being a laptop, in turbo mode, it performs like a dual xeon with 48 threads from years ago, of course.

I send you a big hug for you and the whole family, I hope you keep up with the bike I have had to leave it temporarily.

Use some crappy DDR5, with Micron chip, which are physically incapable of going over 5400, I'm waiting for some with Hyniz chip, that one can reach +8000 at Cas 30-32 Meanwhile I leave this, I'm not going to post anything else, otherwise it won't be another 7 years

No, I haven't put it with cold yet, that was with the Chiller, with temperatures under load of 107º (I set it to 110º the thermal limiter)

On Saturday and Sunday, I'll be in Madrid, at Gamergy, at the Intel booth, we'll do a demo with Ln2, invited by Intel/Gygabyte, presentation of the Gygabyte z790 & Intel

Nothing good, many problems with the bios, they are very green, bug with the cold at more than 7Ghz, that with more time, it could have been solved

Another issue is using a much thicker pot, more solid copper, it's impressive how it drinks the Ln2 with what it sucks up the watts under full load

For example, this was done with barely 1.45v, but no matter how much you increased vcore, the motherboard bug could not go beyond this. But soon another top-of-the-range motherboard arrived, which is on its way to Taipei

but... is that config you put stable? or just to pass the pi?, because if yours is stable you have a golden at least, right?

Well, at 4650MHz it seems that only the turboboost has worked, I think he didn't do what you mentioned, to make an oc to pass the Pi. Note, I don't know what frequency they go up to by activating the turbo in the bios. But I think he can get more out of it.

@defaultuser I only activated the PBO of the Curve Optimizer, the OC is all automatic and I have been able to play well for hours, although now I have put a more relaxed profile because it was getting pretty hot and I don't like it, I prefer to have it at 55ºC under load than at 80ºC xD

Alright now I'm going with the million-dollar question.... but that temperature is the "cpu" or "cpu_package"? is there one that is "the official" for you?

What I was getting at was that your configuration with that voltage is not bad at all to be honest, even if it hadn't passed for example the CineBench all-core.

I was testing a bit with the CTR and what a shame that the zen2 don't have CO but well at least I already have a rough idea of the oc for when I need more "juice".
The Pi comes out as a potato even at 4.6, when I can I will revise the latency issue in general (that never hurts) and I will contribute my result.
