Ciertamente es más rápido lo del fichero hosts pero no creo que la complejidad te merezca la pena.

Pero es solo mi opinión claro ...

El problema que tenia ya esta resuelto,gracias a un compañero muy educado,comprensible y creo que altruista,comportamientos de los que carecen muchas personas.dicho problema radicaba en que no podia bloquear pajinas,publicidad,etc,a traves del archivo hosts,pero como ya e dicho anteriormente esto esta solucionado.

Dicho esto,quiero contestar a BM4M,respecto al termino HOW TO,YO no soy ningun fusilanime,que utiliza los foros de forma desesperada y angustiosa en pos de limosnas,YO solo recurro a los foros cuando no encuentro lo que busco.tambien me quiero referir al termino DUMIES,estos terminos los aplican los BUFONES como TU, que te crees que por tener supuestos conocimientos en esta materia,estas por encima de los que no los tienen,asi, en tono despectivo y utilizando anglicismos como fuente de lucidez,me demuestras que eres una de esas personas que hacen que este mundo,sea un poco mas triste e injusto.te dire una cosa,la clave para que este mundo sea un poco mejor,se encuentra en estos conceptos,LA EMPATIA,EL ALTRUISMO,LA FILANTROPIA,entre otros.ALGO DE LO QUE TU CARECES…

Solution:

For some passing reader like me who comes across this topic, I have already found the solution to my doubt, in my case it was a problem with the credentials or permissions of the hosts file. By right-clicking on hosts and going to:

Properties > Security > Group or user names

I needed the name %COMPUTERNAME%\\Users and I just had to add it to solve the problem.

Note: This problem could be solved simply by changing my hosts file to a backup I had saved previously, but it didn't work for me because it always "replaced" the file, it is better to delete the hosts file from the etc directory and place the backup in its place. Keep in mind that this is only one of the possible solutions, since the reasons why the hosts file doesn't work can be several.
