hello khronox1976 I have to give Bm4n credit because he is right, there is no point in putting an M-ATX motherboard in a mid-tower. Cases are usually divided into M-ATX, mid-tower, tower, and large tower, and I think what you want is one of these ALTERNATE - HARDWARE - Cases - Desktop/HTPC for space reasons, right? I have never had any of these, but I think they are hotter than a mid-tower

ok. i'll ask again: any good suggestions for m-atx case???

I'll be more explicit, if you don't say what space you have for example that you need it not to exceed such height/width/depth we'll find out what you're looking for. If not, well, kid, the cases are for tastes, look for mATX and what you like, I don't buy mATX cases the only ones I know more or less are the Fractal ones. What I was saying to you, my LianLi A05 is the same height as the NOX that Franziskaner puts on so that you understand that sometimes mATX doesn't make sense but will simply limit you. But let's not try to do more research, who should be interested in explaining it is you... I suppose, so that later you don't get the graphics card in because of the length, a decent heatsink because of the width, that it's noisier because you have to mount 80s will already be your problem. -

Well, while you decide whether to give us the necessary data so that we can help you or not, here are a couple of proposals for mid-tower cases compatible with the M-ATX motherboard format
Lian Li PC-V354B
SilverStone TJ08-EThe Aerocool that you have proposed is not smaller because it is compatible with m-ATX boards, it simply has more space left over in the case around the board. But you could very well put an ATX format board inside it. If what you have is a space problem, you simply need a small case, which has nothing (or little) to do with the board formats that you can mount in it. There are cases larger than my wardrobe and m-ATX boards can be mounted in them.
There is no need to get tense over these technical issues ;D;D. I hope I have clarified the reason for the insistence of the colleagues on this issue. We are here to try to help anyone who wants to be helped.
Best regards

I personally wouldn't say anything more until you clarify the reason for the space issue, but... in the first post, khronox1976, you said:
we live in a hot area (keep in mind: Jaen city): cooling is a priority
and that is difficult in an M-atx tower, even more so if the main use of the computer is for gaming (unless you don't mind the noise). This, along with what Bm4n was saying, means that it's possible that I don't have to go all or nothing with the M-atx, because in general, they have more cons than pros. It's almost preferable to have an ATX computer under the table (with everything that entails) than an M-ATX on the table.

let's see if we figure it out: I need an m-atx case because of space issues (it's obvious to point out the dimensions if I indicate that there's a space limitation for full towers). and that's it, there's nothing more because there's no need for more explanations. if you don't know about these: then don't enter the post and more to ramble and not give solutions. those are the ones who don't figure it out...
P.D.: I'm closing the post on my part because I already have a solution to the event.

Let's see if you understand, I find it annoying that a guy who seems to have no idea what he's talking about demands that others help him and the way he wants. The cases were formerly divided into:Full tower
Mid tower
Mini tower Here no one has told you about a full tower, which I don't think you have any idea what it is. What I have told you is that if you want us to recommend cases, put a measure because in mini tower you not only have mATX but also some ATX, which by the way is a motherboard format NOT a case format, and I tell you this because it's better for you, piece of troglodyte. If you can't explain yourself and on top of that it bothers you when you're asked for a measure, don't enter the forum, Obione has answered the rest correctly. I hope now I have been explicit enough.
