Force new tab for linked content

I was wondering if it would be possible that, when clicking on a link, it would open in a new tab instead of the same one where the message is being viewed.

If you use Firefox, Tab Mix Plus allows you to configure that, and much more.

But even so, I would like it to be standard, along with automatically highlighting links, either in orange, underlined or bold.

Also, I propose, that it comes for free; then whoever has to do the work can do it or not.

Now external links (outside of https://foro.hardlimit.com) open in a new tab. Also, the color of links that had dubious color has been inverted.
