Intel has been making headlines for a few weeks now, although its foray into the world of graphics seems to be the most recurring topic. It was just a few days ago that the collaboration between Intel and AMD was announced to create a chip that will integrate an Intel CPU and an AMD GPU.

Man, I think we all see him as a great guy.
What bothers me is that everyone sees Koduri as the pinnacle of graphics... and looking back, the last few years at the helm of RTG have been pretty grim.

To me, Raja Koduri doesn't seem like a genius either. Basically, he's been putting out products that are underperforming and late compared to the competition. But Intel has something AMD doesn't: money to burn.

I've been waiting for something like this for years. It seems like the perfect balance for an all-around PC, not overpowered but with a reasonable price and a reduced form factor.

@cobito it is clear that the weak point of the NUC was the damn integrated Intel, this monstrosity is the logical evolution of the desktop with the obvious disadvantage of not being able to update anything other than the RAM and SSD. It is ideal for being able to make a console PC to play in the living room, but for now, lacking the price, I would not get too excited, especially seeing the new Xbox and at the price it comes out I doubt it will compete with it.

My biggest reluctance is that if I spend more than 600€ on a PC I want it to last me a few years and as the CPU lasts longer than the graphics card it would be impossible to update it and prolong its useful life...
