hp Pavilion bw0xx - Battery
-
I have an Hp Pavilion laptop (hp laptop 15 bw0xx) the thing is that the battery is already bad and I would like to know if I can continue using it connected only to electricity, with or without the battery installed. When it has the battery sometimes it says that it has little battery left and it keeps working, other times it has enough but it turns off, I really don't understand any of this and I don't know what to do.
I know that some people I know work with their computer connected to the electrical network even when they have the battery out of its compartment, but I have tried it with mine and it doesn't work.
Thank you very much, I hope you can give me some idea of what to do.

@namopi Of course you can use it without battery...
unless something else is wrong with that laptop. If you remove the battery and plug in the charger, it will be a desktop computer.

I agree with @Namiga, that the symptoms you mention point more to a problem in the laptop's power system, than to a battery failure.
If the charger is faulty, it won't work when connected or charge the battery, but I fear the problem will be in the circuit that manages that.

Salu2!
It is clear that this type of problem always comes from the same side.
