Portable recommendation

Greetings to all.
I am looking to buy a laptop as similar as possible to the HP ENVY that my company has given me with the following configuration: Ryzen 7 8840HS with integrated graphics 780M, 16 of RAM and 1T of SDD. The device is 14 inches and I think it is convertible (the latter is irrelevant to me). The specific model is HP Envy x360 2 in 1 Laptop 14-fa0xxx. I would use it mainly for work and if possible to install some games then the better the better but I don't know if it makes sense with the graphics requirements and the increase in consumption that it entails. In the end I understand that it is difficult to have a laptop that allows you to play with high configurations and that does not lose its "independence" from the electrical network. If I could spend less than 1000 € it would be great. I accept suggestions of all kinds, lower processor to put independent graphics, raise processor because it improves the integrated graphics, etc. I prefer a small laptop to a large one, if necessary I can connect it to an independent screen. I have seen many things out there but almost everything that fits me has 512 of SDD and/or is usually intel which I think is not so good at the consumption level. In addition, it seems that we are heading towards a new standard which is to have 32GBs of RAM, I don't know if you think it is worth buying something with that RAM already so that it lasts longer. I DO NOT want a Surface, I have had two and the experience has been very bad. I would like you to recommend something that you have used or already have, on paper everything works well but then..... Thank you very much.

Hello @Ric
This is not my area of expertise, to be honest, I don't even have or have ever had any equipment like this, but I'll try to help...
There are some options like the Lenovo Yoga 7 or the Ideapad Slim that would fit, but with the specific configuration you're looking for, they usually go over 1000€, or you always sacrifice something in specifications.
What I can say about Lenovo is that in general they give quite good results and not just on paper, since I have in my circle a member of a global distributor and the annual reports leave no doubt.Best regards
