I did, I don't have any kind of power saving activated in bios, and in the power controls of the control panel I have it in performance which also doesn't save anything.

Of course it works the dual channel, with 4 modules it does the same dual channel, maybe it's 1 and 3 and 2 and 4 that's according to the motherboard, if they are different modules then you have to put the same ones in the dual channel slots, if they are all the same modules then it's not necessary it just sets itself.
