Como evita el PROXY de la empresa?

En mi empresa nos han colocado un proxy nuevo y los muy cabrones han capado un monton de paginas web.
Conozco la pagina Your Freedom: HOME para hacer tuneling en el proxy pero la version gratuita es lenta de narices. Solo 64Kbits/s de descargaa maxima.
alguien conoce algo parecido, que sea gratis y mas rapido? -
