I'm already getting too old for this game. I've shown it to some coworkers and I have to admit that I haven't installed it on my phone and I won't. Honestly, I don't see the appeal of the game. I think I missed the boat on this kind of game years ago.

I can't stop laughing at your comment. I'm unable to play horror games; the feeling of tension all the time makes me feel bad. The last ones I played were Resident Evil 2 and Silent Hill, I won't say more.

But I think we have to differentiate between games with an ingredient of horror/tension, and those that adulterate the gameplay so much, that they end up being a piece of sh... trying to increase the feeling of anguish and helplessness in front of an enemy, making you bump into the scenery, or complicating your movements with key combinations, while pounding you with Hitchcock-style music.

If you turn up the brightness on a "horror" FPS and don't put on your headphones at full blast, you greatly reduce the immersion, and it doesn't differ much from any run-of-the-mill shooter.

Then I suppose the issue of age can also influence it, as you scare less and less, and if you have a mortgage, you probably won't be scared of anything anymore

About BIOSHOCK (the first one), I have to say it's a work of art :sisi:, and its narrative compensates for any scare you might get, whether it's from the plot, or from the fights with the tireless Big Daddys. And the one who hasn't played it, should fix that as soon as possible, but don't go around saying it :facepalm:

Piece of Review…yes sir, it's flawless!! It's clear that the new year didn't make you lose your good game analysis skills I must say that I tried it, I would play it for a few hours (at my parents' house, during the day and with speakers), a couple of years ago. My impression is that it has very good quality, an atmosphere of suspense, loneliness and huge uncertainty. I had a bad time at some moments and I was with my heart in my hand :llorar:, that's why I didn't dare to continue jajaja.
Maybe someday I'll get brave, but well. Best regards!!

Looking at the STEAM Sales, thinking about whether to buy Borderlands 2 GOTY or not, I came across this title from Arkane Studios that I had already tried at some point, and that I had found interesting but had not fully convinced me.

As you already know how this is with the sales and Mr. Diogenes, the case is that it ended up falling and I incarnated as Mr. Corvo Attano, Lord Protector of the Empress and all that.

Although the game has a relatively original mechanic, in which you can choose how to approach objectives and enemies, at several moments I had the feeling of playing a Bioshock Infinite to which they had changed the frantic action for the mechanic of Deux Ex, but taking into account that this studio collaborated in the level design of the Bioshock 2, surely they are things of mine.

As I already commented at the time, although it is an entertaining game it does not fully explode, and I hope that the DLC's will help me improve the experience.

I've been following the project for a year or so, and the truth is that it's a very faithful alternative to the original (which I still have because there are things that haven't been reproduced well, such as the way we can impact cities or the management of AI, which in Open TTD has to be added as an addon (there are several to choose from), and not all of them are competent).

Personally, I wouldn't compare it to SimCity, since you don't manage cities, but Chris Sawyer really made a game that's worth taking your hat off to and that (thanks to projects like this) continues to delight many years later.

For these reasons people prefer Steam or consoles, as you rightly say you can't annoy buyers to prevent piracy which you can't control with those methods anyway…

According to the video, it looks lame... let's see what requirements it asks for, I loved The Empire Strikes Back for the scenes on the planet Hoot (I think that's what it's called.), the X-wings, The Falcon.... hoping it comes out for PC.. PD, how much will it take up 100 Gb, at the rate that games are going, New Order is already 40 Gb...

I've played the Redux version, and I have to replay it on a harder level, and try the extra modes (missions and playing as other characters), but this saga always leaves me with a bittersweet feeling, because of the possibilities it has, and how poorly it resolves the argument and development.
