A stranger is using my email account

and no, it's not that I hacked it, it's that the guy is so stupid that he doesn't know his email and gives mine to register on the sites. But it's not just that he registered on forums and sites that don't ask for email account validation, it's that the border line of him has even registered on the Telefonica website and I receive my home phone bills at my place.
I sent him an SMS telling him to stop using my email, when one of his acquaintances sends him an email (because even his friends give him my email) I tell him that this is not his account, that when I see him I'll tell him.
And the truth is that I'm a little tired of the guy.
Any ideas or suggestions that don't involve me being able to file a complaint? xDD

For months now, something similar has been happening to me: I receive emails to recover the password for hotmail email accounts that don't belong to me, to activate facebook accounts, for budgets of material companies, and even people who write to me to talk about a meeting we had about some issue...

Filter all mail from that type and its environment, or if you investigate the mails, you will surely find a contact phone number to tell him four things, since you receive the phone bills and so on xD

Something similar happened to me but with my mobile phone… It seems that a lawyer had a number very similar to mine, and that when advertising it somewhere, he dropped a number or something like that, and the number that finally reached everyone was mine.
Infinite calls from people asking about a certain Aquilino and telling me legal problems of very diverse nature, and I was freaking out :ugly:

The same thing happened to me with Sylver, but in my case it was because of a guy called "Elanio".
Actually, there were three calls, two asking for him and a third from his downstairs neighbor asking me to get in touch with him because he had left a tap open and his house was flooding.
The most terrifying thing is that the morbid curiosity hypnotizes you and prevents you from hanging up the phone, which is what I ended up doing.
As for Packo, well, filtering the mail is not a long-term solution because imagine if he hires a company that is common to both of you.
I say like the other one: report it so that something is left. And if not, you can go through the trouble of sending an email to all those companies with which you have nothing to do explaining the case and making them responsible.
In any case, for now you have more of his data than he does of yours. So I think that, if you weren't as good a person as you are, you have all the tools to leave him a nice "gift".
