@fassou Done!

@jordiqui Don't forget to validate the result. That way we have a reference of that machine in the database and comparisons can be generated.

@jordiqui upload some photos when you have that dual CPU machine and the Alder Lake

And enjoy them!!

AMD Ryzen 9 3950X 4.70 GHz or alder Lake Core i9, I had overlooked this Ryzen CPU with 16 cores and 32 threads.......

@jordiqui Well, the server arrived at noon. As I told you, it comes in a U format, but what I didn't expect was that it was so big. It has, I think, eight fans and that's a plane, I had a dual xeon in a tower in the year 2000 and it was noisy, but nothing compared to this. The seller, although he delivered a product at a good price and the Os installed on a 2.5" 128Gb ssd, didn't have it connected and I had to figure out how to put it on. I started it up and it also had a key. Once it was on, it was late, but on Saturday with time and all the drivers installed, we also ran the Benchmark. According to what I talked to him about, with the windows server and a distribution software, you could make a cluster with another machine like that. This one is from Q· 2013, the other says he will leave it to me at the same price and it's from q3, but from 2014 and there is some change in the cpu architecture. Well friends, we will be passing by here often and thanks to all, as always.. Oh, and he didn't send me the connector cable, luckily it's universal.... A hug

Lake Core i9,
Sorry I didn't see your message. Well I guess the Lake Core i9 will be a 9900k right?. I think they are neck and neck in performance, I've looked a bit and in theory in games it pulls a few more fps the Intel but it's not crucial unless it's a matter of being very picky. In terms of performance, in other types of tasks I think it depends on the test although of course in Ryzen they are 16/32 so it may be more interesting. Another point in favor of AMD is that as it's AM4 in the future you can upgrade it with a Ryzen 5000

Regards!!
P.D: Enjoy the Server

@_neptunno_ Hello buddy, I just passed the HLBM test and in multi-processing compared to the laptop it did five times more. I have to adapt the room and add a socket to connect this with a cable, because I feel like I have to roll up my sleeves already since this architecture is completely new and the drivers are not updated. As for the noise, nothing, it's just occasional cases. As soon as I have everything, I'll upload the test and photos of the machine which, to be honest, is huge, etc., but for 340 € for what I'm going to do, and I've already seen at least 2500 or more for sure. Nothing to update. Hugs!
