      Good.
Topics resolved, the 12v LED strips are theoretically compatible.
The M.B has a lot of connectors that remind me of a crosshair I had... And that nowadays I see as unnecessary, mostly because as a rule, almost all uses R.L and with a "decent" tower, the fans are managed by the tower's own modules, in my case corsair commander.
But I will give them some use.
If I see that the new CPU is hotter... 3 more fans blowing air and I'll have to tweak the radiator and the top glass to leave it in pull) push.
The homework is already done and I already have the USB to install W10 Pro with the corresponding key.
Now I just have to get started...
      And download everything that's missing...
      The stress tests.
      Separate topic.
Reasonable selling price of my old components to the company, that pc will become my work tool and the one I had will pass to another.

      Micro AMD 8350
      Gigabyte GA-990FXA-UD5 motherboard (rev. 3.1)
32 gs of black mamba 1866 MHz RAM (although it only recognizes 1600 MHz)
And a 500 gs Kioxia SSD
I calculated 50 € for each component except the SSD which is a gift. What do you think?
      Regards

@clipper Why do you say that about RAID? The benchmark does not measure the performance of storage drives.

Your Ryzen 9 5900X has a different CPUID than the model we had previously (one that @xavib sent). Here you have a comparison (yours is the a20f12, the one on the left). In multi-thread it gets the same result but in single-thread the difference is noticeable (the other 5900X goes 15% faster). That makes one think that your CPU is not reaching the maximum frequency. That behavior could be due to there being background processes demanding CPU while the benchmark was running (antivirus, Windows updates...).

Apart from that, I don't see anything strange.

I say the raid thing because windows tells me I have almost a Tera of space... and the boot is not particularly fast.
Although the crystal disk doesn't see any drive...
Anyway, I have to keep tinkering, lower voltages and raise frequencies.

@clipper I don't see the need for a Raid 0 for the use you're going to give it, in the sense that I don't think you'll gain much by playing. I've seen "load" tests of games on SSD, M.2 and HDD, there are really a few seconds between an SSD and M.2. But between a Raid 0 of M.2 and a single M.2 I don't think that when playing it will be noticed too much. Mind you, this is my opinion, because if it's for work I can see much more logic, but let's say that if you're happy with the performance great.
I tell you this because, without looking at the manual of your motherboard, some Mobo have two slots for M.2 of different speeds/specifications and maybe it could give you some performance problem or strange moves. That's why I think that sometimes it's not worth complicating things too much for storage when an M2 can give you what you need for day to day and play.

By the way, check the applications that Windows loads when it starts, this slows down the system quite a bit when loading the system.

              Regards.

Let's say my pc is a Beta tester.
Assembled at an overtime price and with prices without VAT.
And with the option that my previous pc becomes my pc at work.
But the idea is to see if my current pc performs better than the server a HP workstation that is running short... And it has to move AutoCAD, masterCam and others.
Let's go a mess that was made in its day.
That's why I have to get the most out of mine, to see if it's an option to change the Xenon.
( Which is so cool that it only has one M2 port.)
That's why I have to do tests.
                Regards

First punch in the whole face.
                  Playing day Z.
An AMD 8350 with 32gs of RAM at 1600 MHz and an XFX Rx 580 of 8 gs
                  Gives 60 FPS
                  Constant.
                  In current equipment:
                  AMD series 9 5900X
With 64gs of RAM at 3200 MHz
And last generation motherboard and the same graphics gives 60 FPS continuous.
The only "logical" drops is the percentage of CPU and RAM usage, to miserable values of use.
This makes one think that the famous "bottleneck" is not.

@clipper And how much usage does the graphics show? It is quite possible that it will be very short for the rest of the configuration. In fact, in bottleneck calculations, at FHD it already shows almost a 40% limitation in the graphics compared to the processor.

The FX8350 limits the RX 580, any Ryzen gets the most out of it. The processor was a bad bet for AMD back in the day and it's already over 10 years old. That's not to say it can't be used for many things, but it's based on the fact that it limits your GPU. However, having the same FPS is something curious and very rare. Although you've already looked at it, don't you have vertical synchronization enabled? I don't know what your monitor is, but I think you bought one with 144mhz. Don't you? Another option is lack of game optimization, or maybe that with the other PC you played with medium graphics and with the new PC you raised them to the maximum.

Well, let's see if you find out what's wrong, because it's rare.

                      Best regards!

@clipper it would have been good to have a reference game or test like 3DMark, in addition to DayZ to compare performance improvement.

And as for minimum FPS... any noticeable difference, right?.

I'm considering a new GPU, AMD or Nvidia....
My monitor is for AMD, although I've read that it can be "tuned"
In AMD this would be a possible candidate:
                                  https://www.pccomponentes.com/xfx-speedster-swft309-amd-radeon-rx-6700xt-core-gaming-12gb-gddr6
In Nvidia this would be another possibility.

                                  The budget...
About 150 that I got from my GPU.
Plus 150 that I owe for overtime plus about 300 € more.
The purchase is without VAT that I would do for work (a favor I do to my boss) and to my ???
                                  What do you think?
                                  Any other options?
