Forzar nueva pestaña para contenido enlazado

Me preguntaba si sería posible que, al pulsar sobre un enlace, éste se abriese en una pestaña nueva en lugar de en la misma en la que se está viendo el mensaje.

Si usas Firefox, el Tab Mix Plus te permite configurar eso, y mucho más.

Pero aún así, me gustaría que fuese de serie, junto con resaltar automáticamente los enlaces, bien en naranja, subrayados o negrita.
Además, yo propongo, que sale gratis; luego ya quien se tenga que pegar el curro que disponga o no.

@whoololon Tus deseos se han hecho realidad.
Ahora los enlaces externos (fuera de https://foro.hardlimit.com) se abren en una nueva pestaña. Además se ha invertido el color de los enlaces que tenían color dudoso.
