I ask you to look at this pc configuration that I have made

That is the configuration.

@clipper Yes, I see it, but Jordi doesn't.

@defaultuser I hope you can see it now.

Now yes. The tower that I mentioned before. That liquid cooling, Kit, I understand that at least one radiator must be 360 and the pump next to the block (everything is relevant) to do their function. This one I see looks like it doesn't improve at all a good air solution. If I'm not mistaken, the 13th generation is already out, so I think I would go for this Intel Core i9-13900K 3 GHz Box without hesitation or even an i7 13 because they have improved compared to the previous version. At least, in my opinion, I would change the tower and the liquid cooling. These two things for sure. Regarding the micro, the i7 has 16 physical cores. Since the i9 goes up compared to the one you have configured. But if the 13th has come out, if you buy the 12th, I understand that there must be cheaper motherboards to be able to improve what was mentioned. But I insist on the tower and the liquid cooling, the 360 radiator with a good block and pump. If not, air like noctua.

You can look at something like this:
https://www.pccomponentes.com/talius-cronos-cristal-templado-usb-30-rgb?utm_source=176013&utm_medium=afi&utm_campaign=es.redbrain.shop&awc=20981_1667760756_aa6f2433b7f08bffee9875846eceefa6&utm_term=deeplink&utm_content=es.redbrain.shop
Or you can pull the blanket over your head and this is:
https://www.pccomponentes.com/corsair-icue-5000x-torre-atx-rgb-cristal-templado-negra
That's the one I have. But if you find the 7000 on sale, don't hesitate.
My R.l
https://www.pccomponentes.com/corsair-icue-h150i-rgb-pro-xt
I bought almost everything on Black Friday, at a lower price.
I'll also tell you one thing: both the Corsair Series 5000 and 7000 towers with glass panels have the same defect, if you mount the radiator horizontally at the top, you can't mount double fans, pull push because the glass / cover won't let you vent the air.
You have the same series with a grille instead of glass, to each their own...
But for me it's a mess on the part of Corsair.

New configuration with your corrections:
I would like the micro to be intel and putting another one of generation 13 raises it a lot. Especially with the new corrections.

But the i7 that I told you about earlier costs less (13 gen) and has 16 physical cores. Although in the case of intel I think it reserves cores for efficiency then it would give 24 threads, I think for 32 in the case of the i9 13gen. Intel has had the deference to allow mounting with the new generation ddr4, and not just 5 like AMD. The performance difference between the i9 3,2 of 12 and the i7 of 13. Where there is a difference is in the cache 3, 36 in the i9 by 30 in the i7. In any case, it is the multiprocessing where there is more difference between the i9 and the i7.
According to this people: If we compare the top CPUs this and the previous generation only in games, you can experience performance improvements of up to 24%.
Honestly, I personally prefer the Ryzen, but if I were to buy intel, in tower format, I would definitely go for the 13 gen, although I always waited for updates when I was messing with these things.
The i7 13gen costs 538 euros.
Look at this in terms of performance:

That is, better performance being an i7. Now I think that among all we have contributed information, although I understand that it is difficult to choose. While you look at that bench, where in multiprocessing it is almost the same, with the difference that it is cheaper, the last generation and with the latest intel chipset you will have a team for a few years. -

The tower is already another thing. That one I think is a good choice. Regarding the prices of generation 12 and 13, I have been looking and they cost almost the same.

Usually, the more modern version is worth it even if it's a slightly inferior model, I'm not up to date with intel but from what jordiqui says, it seems that's what's happening in this case.
If the platform is also more modern, it would be worth looking into as there could be other advantages or improvements beyond the net performance of the cpu.
