My initial suggestion would be that you go for the high-end range, because they are the ones that are least likely to be forgotten when it comes to updating support; but since one cannot predict possible shenanigans of incompatibilities with the next generation of processors in certain models (which we are back to), I would get a normal B450 that you won't mind getting rid of if for the next generation you get a frog in your throat.

As for the memory, make sure they are B-Die to not waste money on a Hynix.

All this, of course, if it really is worth the change of platform now knowing that you are doing it with a view to processors of which the only thing known is that they won't come out this year.

Considering that the gain you will have in games will be minimal, aren't you being carried away by the hype of the new AMD?

Think about it.

The problem is that now I have a sale of my platform that is quite well paid, we are talking about 340€ for the 4790k + Z97X + 16GB.
On the other hand, the R5 2600 + X470 + 16GB come out to about 460€, so we are talking about making a platform upgrade, with its warranty, maintaining performance in games, but improving in multitasking by approx. +50%, for 120€.
And later on, selling the 2600 and getting a 3600X would mean about 150€ (selling for 100€, buying for 250€) more investment approx., so in the end I will have migrated from platform for less than 300€, I see it as a good move.

Regarding the release date, it has already been read in many places that it will be for Q2 of 2019, be that as it may, it will be before the end of the year for sure.

And finally, about the memory, in these Ryzen 2XXX they are not so picky with the memory, it is clear that the best are the B-Die, but pay for them, the cheapest go to 250€. There are many others available, that work well too.

And finally, I am a little tired of intel and want to change already jejeje.

Considering that I made the same change, but more than six months ago, and we have practically invested the same amount of money in that change, it is not a bad option.
Moreover, it is still quite profitable because it will be increasingly difficult to place a 4th generation i7 at a decent price.

It is clear, these changes are for people who like to tinker, or who want to try a new platform. For a normal user, that platform can last several more years very comfortably.

This is as always, there is a point at which you either sell what you have to try to get an acceptable amount of money, or you keep it until it passes away.
From my point of view, in these cases any option is valid. I am really happy, but if I had not caught me single and happy with life my 4790k would have been with me for at least 1 or 2 more years

P.D: note that the worst of all is the price of DDR4, which is what has the most impact on the final price... whether you buy Intel or AMD (and from the low to the high range).
For me it was what made me most hesitant to change, and initially I opted for 8GB, but in the end I put 16GB so as not to run short in a short time.

The issue, more than whether they are Samsung or not, is that Ryzen doesn't have a 3000 multiplier, so even if they are Samsung B-Die they wouldn't work at this speed, but at 2933 or @3200.
Actually I've looked a bit and in some places they say it's better to have 2933@CL15 than 3200@CL16, although in the same way I think that with a little OC you could also set them to 3200 by raising the CL15 to CL16.

And about the motherboard, it's not that I don't want to listen to you, but it's a +90€ on the motherboard and it doesn't fit my budget anymore.

I've been googling a lot and I read a lot of people with these RAMs working perfectly on Ryzen at 2933 and fine.
And about the motherboards, then I read that the Asus TUFs are motherboards aimed at longevity, but not very far in terms of features, and finally the Astock Master has some lousy VRMs, so the final choice will be the MSI Gaming Plus, the only difference with the PRO is the backplate, that's it!

Well, in the end when I ordered the computer, I had already bought the car, oh well :( I know I was making the budget before but it's true that I didn't place the order until after the holidays.

This is what I bought in mid-August, I received:

PROCESSOR AMD RYZEN 5 2600X 4.2 GHZ: 181.74€
RAM MEMORY G.KILL RIPJAWS V RED 1.0 DDR4 3000 2X8GB: 156.20€
MOTHERBOARD MSI B450 GAMING PLUS: 82.56€

In total, they cost me around 419€, so subtracting what they gave me for the other equipment, I spent around 140€, which I don't think is bad for a "pleasure" and maybe I'll be tempted to look at a Ryzen 3000... which is what made me stay with a R5 and not a R7 2700

To be honest, I'm not sure if the memory is the best for Ryzen, I don't remember if I bought it for something specific or for the price.

I'll stick with my Noctua NHU12, which, by the way, the after-sales service from Noctua is fantastic.
I sent them a message the other day saying I needed the mounts for AM4, since my Noctua is already 8 years old, and they sent them to me totally free of charge... Incredible!

Yes, Noctua does it well, it's their policy. Thermalright also does it officially with AM4, they even sent me the clip kit for free.

I have the exact same problem, at that time a friend got the Scyte Ninja v1, I got the Noctua NHU12.
Some time later when he renewed his PC the Scyte ninja was left in a drawer as we did not have support for the new sockets, despite using the same system as the new versions (read in forums) in customer service they told us that nanai, that neither for free nor paying would they send them to us.
I will never buy anything from Scythe again.

By the way, I already have all the material and I am doing tests, as soon as I have good conclusions I will tell you, for now, I leave you a FireStrike with the 2070:
