Bueno... supongo que el servidor de email tiene que estar algo saturado porque tiene que mandar las contraseñas a todos los usuarios, que no serán pocos...

Bueno… en cierta parte me autorespondo.

El mail llega al par de horas (en mi caso ha tardado unas 4 horas en llegar).

Funcionar me parece que de momento no funciona. A mi me da el siguiente error:

Efectivamente, como dice RaveN, los correos llegan, tarde pero llegan. Además repetidos por 3 veces (al numero de veces que lo pedí :risitas:).

Con respecto a lo de los paquetes … estamos en el mismo caso ... parece ser que el servidor está perezoso. Veremos si es algo pasajero o será la tónica general como estaba siendo demasiado habitual últimamente con el proyecto Beta Test :vayatela: :vayatela:

El seti@home classic tambien a tenido algunos problemas… parece que tienen problemas de server.. no dan al abasto :risitas: Supongo que al paso de los dias la cosa empezará a rular como debe... yo de momento he hecho unas 15 unidades pero ya no baja más (ni envia, pero al levantarme no habia ninguna unidad y el boinc parado :vayatela: )

Creo que paladi es el unico que tiene creditos de momento xD Ahora ya no se ve la web... y espero que "arreglen" la clasificacion, pues no se ordena por unidades :rolleyes:

No he podido ponerme con esto aún por falta de tiempo pero se me plantea una duda ...

se puede usar como el Setihide ??. Lo digo por que no se si se podra instalar el BOINC y pasar unidades a un ordenador que no tenga acceso a Internet ... pero me da que ya no es posible ... me equivoco ??

otra cosilla ... Se sabe si se pueden mandar resultados desde BOINC y desde Seti clasico a la vez ???
O una vez que contestes al cambio a SetiBoinc ya no se puede usar el seti clasico ???

Y ademas me sale una ventanita diciendo que compruebe mi ID porqué no ha podido hacer login, pero en cambio en la pagina web (que ya esta "up" otra vez) sí me hace login. La putada es que me hace un reset y detach project, con lo que si quiero intentarlo otra vez tengo que volver a poner la URL y la ID… menudo palo.
En la misma página dicen:

The web site has been reenabled. We have several upgrades scheduled throughout the week which should help with the performance problems. If the project runs out of work again you are welcome to revert back to the original SAH client.

Asi que esto ultimo imagino que responde a tu pregunta.
Lo de pasar unidades a un ordenador que no tenga conexión a internet no se puede… era una de las pegas que se planteavan al principio de este proyecto y así sigue.. es necesario que el ordenador mande la informacion del host a la web, de ahi que necesite internet.
Aunque bueno... imagino que de forma "apañada" puedes copiar la carpeta BOINC de tu PC con las unidades bajadas, pasarla a otro PC y cuando ese haya terminado (con la opcion "disabled network" para que no se vuelve loco) volverlas a copiar al PC que tiene internet... el cual tendrá que haber reseteado el proyecto porqué sino estaran los 2 pc's haciendo las mismas unidades :rolleyes: Como decia... de forma apañada :risitas:

En Boinc , a mi me pasa lo mismo deferring etc etc.,.
pero siin embargo me ppillo un seti1 del de toda la vida y sin problemas.
¿No podrían haber dedicado todos los servidores a boinc y dejar sólo boinc y acabar con seti1?
hace ya más de un año que empezaron a probar,configurar-trastear ya con el nuevo boinc ¿no pensáis que han tenido tiempo y,que teniendo la experiencia obtenida desde el año 98 o99 cuando empezó el seti1 podrían haber empezado con más "gracia" y "soltura" el bOINC?

Sí, recuerdo que en seti1 había también sus problemas,y que incluso nos orientaban sobre el "horario" más adecuado para enviar las W.U,pero,es que esto del BOINC,creo que es un poco :rabieta: Cabreante.

Yo con mi usuario XENON COMPUTER usava hasta hace semana y media el boinc, devido a todos los problemas, me e pasado al seti, pa no usar boinc el pc que lo use el seti xDDD

Ahora e resucitadotras denotar que me havian expulsado de la cumbre….me e enfadado y e puesto el ordenador a toda maquina, gracias a eso e recuperado algun puesto, pero un peligroso diablo llamado CHESPIR intenta parar mi dominio, no se si lograre pararle los pies antes de que adelante a XABIER, pero una cosa esta clara. Intentare llegar por todo los medios a las 7500 uniodades antes de que llegue agosto

Parece que el unico a quien le rula bien esto es a Paladi xDxD

Es el unico que tiene créditos.. bueno io tambien (no veas cuantos.. 0'89 xD).

Los que estabais en el seti@home clasic no se si sabreis como funciona el tema de validacion de unidades y creditos…
