What a blast man. Until now I had been using the atmega328p with the Arduino bootloader which can be bought for 4 or 5€ but this microcontroller gives it 1000 spins. The only problem is that it's smd and to be honest, for tinkering I find the through-hole much more convenient. Another option is the Arduino Nano RP2040 which comes with this integrated and more things, but I think it costs almost 30€ and that's already excessive for small things. We'll have to see if anyone starts selling t-h boards with the rp2040 at an affordable price, that would be the business.

This could change everything. In my case, I have a laptop with a 1060, if it works as it seems on all
graphics, I could extend its use for a couple of years. Very very interesting.

It is the most logical thing. In the face of scarcity, they only bring out the most profitable models because they are going to sell everything anyway.

@kynes The scores don't change, but resubmitting tests on PCs that you have already submitted is not a bad idea with this version because it now also sends the brand and model of the RAM. The more validations there are with 1.5, the larger the memory database will be and the sooner statistics in this regard can be started.

what a lack of shame these have. I'm going to look for a review that is surely of the first models that were faster and more powerful. The same thing happens with the playstation 5, some are noisier than others and on top of that, those who did reviews at the beginning were sent the quieter ones.

@cobito Totally true, between 1997 and 1998 a series of titles came out that marked a before and after.
At least for me everything changed, and I still play most of those games periodically today, it's impossible to forget that fun.

      ¡Saludos!

Let's see if they contribute something. Because I still remember the Intel I740 from over 20 years ago, which were pretty bad, although times have changed. It would be good to have more competition or Nvidia will continue to inflate prices.

I don't understand why they are still called graphics cards if they are not good for gaming, rendering, or anything graphic. It's a shame that Intel doesn't want to get involved with dedicated GPUs or that NVIDIA doesn't want to get involved with processors. If the Zen have caused a earthquake in prices and performance, imagine a third rival in everything.

I have been using facebook container for a long time. It is a good idea, but as long as we continue to use facebook on the mobile, instagram, whatsapp or the rest of the apps that send information to facebook, they will have all the information they want from us. They know us better than we know ourselves, they know what we like, what we don't... Fortunately we are only numbers, but said information in the wrong hands could ruin your life.

We will end up like in Minority Report in which they presented personalized advertising by facial and retinal recognition.

It's fine that they unify and simplify design, but as long as they give the option for more information. That for basic level users it's not too complicated, but for those who have a little more computer knowledge it's not a torture any moderately advanced task. Let's see how they do it.

Well, in fact, it is a geographical issue, not a nationality issue. As far as I know, what is achieved with DoH (and someone correct me if I'm wrong) is to encrypt what comes after the domain. For example, in foro.hardlimit.com/parte_cifrada, the subdomain and domain travel without encryption. The same with the IP. That is, a provider can continue to monitor the places you visit with the restriction that they will not know which pages of those sites you are visiting.

This format seems to give very good results, let's see if all browsers accept it, and release conversion tools to be able to use it. If a tool like FastStone allowed recording in this format, and was compatible with modern browsers, it would be ideal for websites.

It is also their way of differentiating themselves from Chinese manufacturers, releasing models with exclusive designs, new materials... in order to have a niche and create a brand image, and all of that costs a lot of money in development and components. Huawei, Xiaomi, Oppo and other Chinese brands can do a lot of damage, and they don't want to end up like other previously leading brands like Blackberry, Nokia or Sony. Before you had brands that innovated a lot like HTC, and nobody remembers them anymore.

@_Neptunno_ said in Ramsonware installs Gigabyte driver to bypass antivirus:

I hate ransomware problems....it's one of the most disgusting things I encounter in my work ? The best way to prevent this is to have backups, several ones, and of course not to leave them connected to the computer constantly.
Even if you schedule backup scripts to mount and unmount the drive, you can avoid problems.

      Best regards!!

Same here... it gives me diarrhea when I find a data server with all the files renamed...
