I did try it without the rear fan. With the vertical flow if it fell ventilated above, it didn't come in from above and if it fell below it didn't come in with the graphics. With the horizontal flow, as you put in the photo, the fins catch with the graphics. I tried everything, I got up at about 8:30 pm or so and finished at 2 am and without dinner :ffu::ffu: My card is an asrock z97 Pro4 http://www.asrock.com/mb/Intel/Z97%20Pro4/index.es.asp

    @Kernel1.0:

If the PSU is working, it's unlikely to be a capacitor, especially if there was so much liquid. It could be the same fan that leaks oil.

In the end, they gave me the option to change the PSU since it was the second RMA because of this one. I replaced it with a Corsair RM650i by paying the difference.

I'm using a LG Philips LP171WE3-TLA2 monitor, and I can't find the driver for this monitor, it has a Generic PnP Monitor installed, I don't know if this has anything to do with it.

    Regards.

This is how it is in the graphics card settings. Although I'm not sure if it has something to do with the monitor menu, with the menu or the graphics card settings, I think I've already tried everything and I can't activate the option of the aspect of the monitor menu to show 4:3, which according to the monitor manual can be set to 4:3 This is a screenshot from the manual **P.D. I still don't receive notifications of new replies, I don't know if it's just me. ** Salu2.

    Hello

Honestly, because of the misleading advertising they use, I will not recommend LG to anyone. About 10 ml is what the fellow says

This afternoon I will try to take some photos for you, as I am not at home now

    Greetings!!!!

whoololon: In the end I went back to 337.88 and I managed to activate the 2560x1080 resolution correctly on the monitor. I had to change a little thing when configuring the timing options on the Phillips (I swear that before it didn't work because I had screenshots of everything saved safely as it worked before) but I managed it.

I don't want to sing victory yet because I managed it just before coming to work and until it doesn't work stably for a few days I don't want to say anything, but for now, until my friend buys the Phillips in September and I can get the 3 monitors, the vacation that starts today I can play to my heart's content ;D.

As for the monitors, I'm getting closer to getting the BenQ GW2760HS or the Iiyama XB2783HSU-B1.

    Hello

That LG looks good. Good response time and meets the requirements you want.

For a little more you have a BenQ of 24" that gives great results. I personally like them quite a bit.

    Best regards

Or a voltage spike that has affected the monitor. Check that the wall outlet you connect the equipment to is not affected by the consumption of other household appliances.
That's why it's said that air conditioning units harm equipment.

Thanks, I think I left it for about that long and there was no luck. However, I will try again now while I have dinner, to see if the flute sounds... I would be very happy indeed ?

Yes, that's what I imagined, that it would be SATA2, but I haven't been able to find the specifications anywhere. Well, yes, then the best option in any case would be to change the disk and buy an external casing to connect the original via USB.

I've seen the SanDisk SSD that you mention, I've even seen this Kingston SSDNow of 120GB for €49.95

    Thank you very much, buddy!

I would try another source, that someone lent you or whatever, but it seems to me a necessary test.

On the other hand, a toothbrush is not the best for cleaning the RAM slots, that's why I suggested a brush, because of the reach and the texture, it does the job better. In any case, reconfigure the memories from BIOS and remove the OC you have set, try them at the base frequency and voltage. By the way, have you tried to work with only two RAM modules and the disk? It could narrow down the search if it works without anomalies.

Returning to other possible causes, it is also possible that the disk controller on the motherboard is dying (a teacher diagnosed this problem in my old K8V-X, in the long run he was right). However, I leave you here some guidelines that are recommended on the ASUS website for problems of this type, maybe one of them is the key: ASUSTeK Computer Inc. -Support-

That's why I'm not in favor of recommending cases: it's a very personal thing.
For example, front connections: I personally don't like them because they're more exposed and get in the way when working with cards and disks, besides they stick out and you can end up wearing them without wanting to when passing by.
If you like it, then there's nothing to comment on, it's within your budget and has the connections you need.

Wow… what a surprise! Motherboard failures are the most hateful because it's usually the only thing you don't have on hand to try a replacement without getting too confused. I'm glad you finally have it solved, go for it! ?
