    Aveces algo pequeño puede significar mucho mas que algo que pesa mucho mas me parece absurdo eso de escoger por el peso pero bueno se respeta el gusto de los que han experimentado y sacan esa teoria :troll:

    @wwwendigo: No hay que romperse mucho la cabeza si se ven fallos "raros" al instalar una gráfica nueva, no es para nada raro que te encuentres con unidades defectuosas, por desgracia (después dirán de los controles de calidad). Puntos bailoteando no son por definición un tema típico de fallos por drivers y conflictos con éstos, sino del hard. Así se ha visto el tema. Siempre que se tenga dudas, si no se conoce demasiado cómo distinguir fallos de hard de problemas con el soft, una instalación limpia del sistema no deja lugar a dudas. Pero bueno, algo que aprendes por el camino. Como principio básico, si algo no va bien en un producto nuevo, se tira de la postventa, y punto, que para eso está (y la pagamos). Hombre pueden ser los drivers pero la verdad es que descarté esa opción cuando lo limpié todo y no quedó rastro de los antiguos drivers de ati. Ayer me vino mi Gigabte Windforce 760 GTX y hoy la he probado y me va de maravilla, aquellas pantallas en juegos, navegación y fondo de escritorio donde veia los puntos brillantes ya nada de nada. La garantia y el servicio de Postventa a funcionado correctamente

    I had the same problem but with a neovo. I solved it by uninstalling both drivers, installing the updated chipset drivers first and then the ones for its graphics. Restarting and installing the nvidia ones. I put this in the nvidia control panel and it lets me select the graphics I want to use for games and the one I don't.

    I've had a 5770 for several years and it's been great. Remember that the bottleneck for these cards is and will be the memory. If you can, always go for fast gddr5 memory and the 7750 or 7770 chip. You won't be disappointed. And they're already for less than 100€. Even a 5770 or 6770 is fine.

    Honestly I would choose the gtx 760, whatever the option sometimes you get the bad one of having a computer with factory defects let's say that always happens it's like that whatever the brand is because sometimes in specific models it seems that it's more there where the problem is centered, I think this may be due to the manufacturing material that the assemblers use, on the other hand answering your question from my point of view I see better suited the one I mentioned above it's not because of being a fan boy or anything since I have already tried both brands and I can tell you that both come out very well.

    There will always be problems you would just recommend that before making your purchase you look for references about that particular one and see the good or bad aspects of each one, so that in that way one of them convinces you since in the end you are the one who decides, always remember that cooling is very important they are points to take into account that if one has more fan it would be the most appropriate.

    @amd125:

    +1 I feel the same way, because I remember the era of Nvidia's 5900s, I think the professional ones weren't very different from the gaming ones. The same goes for a decent gaming graphics card, you can achieve similar results, like with computers, where in the Socket 939 era, Opterons were very common among overclocking enthusiasts, for example.

    It's not just a matter of performance, but of functionality. For example, in 3DS, with a normal graphics card, when you move the scene, the textures disappear and only the vector graphics remain. With Quadro and FireGL, this doesn't happen.

    For those who use these programs sporadically, like students or as a hobby, it's silly, but for those who dedicate themselves to this, it ends up being important. It's not just a work tool, and the more ergonomic it is, the more bearable the work becomes.

    iPEN very good configuration with those Gtx 780 and that Nvidia Surround with Dell monitors brutal.
    I am saving to buy 3 new 24" monitors in 6 months. The reason:
    I have the central one at 120Hz and the side ones at 60Hz and you can see the difference in color from the central monitor to the side ones.
    My dilemma is whether to get the 3 at 120Hz or 60Hz. I have the feeling that 3D is being left out but the fluidity of 120Hz is beastly. They speak well of the BenQ XL2420T model. What do you recommend?
    For now everything runs well with a Titan but if they go down in price I will do a Sli.
    It's a joy to play at that resolution! Since I have it I don't want to go back to 1 monitor.

    Las famosas ati 9500 9700 9800 y x800 se les podia descomectar cada canal de ram. Asi localizabas los cuatro modulos dañados. Y si querias la dejabas con 64mb las 9700 9500 y a 128 bits. La x800 era mas complicada pero funcionaba

    @JuezDred:

    Compare the same graphics with a 1600Mhz 4gb ram or with 8gb at 1866Mhz… to see if there is a difference or not.

    The game will not be influenced by the frequency, if the game asks for more memory then it will perform better with 8GB but you won't notice much difference between having them at 1600 or 1866, even if you put 16Gb you can assign the paging file to the memory and it would be a little faster, but the graphics configuration you have will always have a big influence and what you notice the most is the CPU, a CPU at 4600 will be noticeable faster than one at 3800, I mean in games, it will have better minimums.

    Then there is the other case I mentioned if you put four 7970s or four 780s, of course it will appreciate that the computer is very powerful, CPU at 4800 and memory at 2400mhz, but it's because three or four cards will demand the maximum from the CPU and memory, although the higher the resolution the less it demands from the CPU and more from the graphics.

    I am not familiar with the AMD multimonitor, but I imagine that with a second card you could put the 5 monitors without problems.

    Whether or not to do CF is independent, the second card will give you video output to those monitors you want. Another thing is that you do not do CF to have the maximum video performance, but if what you want is only image, I do not think it will give you problems.

    Salu2…

    hombre las memorias seguramente las podrás aprovechar siendo DDR3, pero esperate a los juegos y yo también pasaría de plataforma.

    Alejandrovc, no te lo tomes a mal. A la hora de exponer un problema, tan importante es lo que se dice como lo que no se dice, con la desventaja que ésto último sólo lo podemos "sospechar", y en última estancia va en tu contra porque retrasará un diagnóstico acertado. Por otra parte, ya que hamos hallado al "presunto culpable", no estaría de más que le pasaras un diagnóstico a ése módulo de memoria que tienes conectado. Utiliza el MemTest, es muy sencillo, simplemente lo echas a andar y lo dejas trabajando, si llega al final es que todo va bien, y si aparece un error, cortas y ya sabes que el módulo está dañado. …estos calores nos tienen locos. ;D

    For me the 7850 with 1GB has exactly the same problem as the EVGA 650 Ti boost, 1GB in those graphics and now that consoles are coming out it seems very little to me.

    Even the 650ti which is less powerful I would choose the one with 2Gb just in case, or I would look for a second-hand 660 or a 7870 with 2GB, now there are people who change from 660 to 760, they will also be able to sell 7870 now that it's getting closer to the next series.

    here it shows a BF3 table, although I don't think a Ti boost can beat a 570, maybe in series as soon as it goes up to the 570 it eats it, also cards like the 650Ti are not for putting 4x msaa and less the ones with 1GB.

    @Manolico96:

    I have already updated the drivers to the new beta version (thanks for letting me know).
    However, the problem persists and what's more, it persists in ALL games without exception.
    I had already removed GeForce Experience before creating this topic, but as I say, the problem persists.
    I am still looking for a solution, although I have a question (I don't know why I'm asking if it's impossible to ask based on the YouTube videos, but...) Could it be that all this shadow distance thing was caused by some kind of damage when I did the overclocking as I explained before? I'm asking because I've seen that when you increase the mesh quality, the distance increases but it stays at what would be the graphics at the minimum of a PC without this problem. Anyway, if you can help, thanks.

    I don't think the OC would cause that, the normal thing is artifact, freeze and when you restart it goes back to its stock state, maybe it's damaged, if you use the warranty don't say anything about the OC, just say that the card doesn't represent scenes well.

    You can even take advantage of this to change it for another one by putting a little money, something more powerful, the 660 was recently at 165€ if they deduct what you have for your card, you might be interested, it should perform much better in BF3, although depending on where you buy it.

    regards

    Bueno señores halla paz y seamos serios, que he abierto este post para resolver dudas que para espectáculo ya tenemos el salvame deluxe. Agradecer a todos los que habeis contribuido con vuestras opiniones de u a forma u otra. De momento estoy contento con mi compra:potente silencioso y fresca,lo del problema de los puntitos de momento parece que no lo hace, exceptuando algun video de juego de juegos 3d pero en los juegos no me hace nada raro como vertices cuadros o deformaciones,aun asi tengo que seguir haciendo pruebas, pero en Battlefield 3, Xcom Uknown, y Euro truck simulator 2 todo perfecto graficos a tope h buenas sensaciones. Lo dicho seguiré informando y si alguien ha adquirido esta tarjeta puede dejar caer por aqui algo. Gracias

    @wwwendigo: No lo creo. Eso parece más bien un mito creado con una media verdad. Y es que los sistemas SLI son más exigentes que un sistema monogpu basado en una unidad de las montadas, por razones obvias (más llamadas al API D3D/OpenGL, renderizado de más frames por segundo), pero no necesariamente más exigentes que un sistema monogpu de potencia equivalente. Lo que pasa es que estamos tan acostumbrados a ver los resultados usando el mismo modelo con una y dos unidades (con las exigencias extra implícitas por el incremento de potencia gráfica), o que las opciones más exigentes prestacionales sean multigpu y por tanto el tope que define la potencia en gráficas (sigue siendo la GTX 690 la tarjeta más potente de nvidia, por ejemplo), que ya damos por hecho que hay "algo" en los SLIs que hacen que pida más cpu. Pero si se piensa un poco en esto, se verá que no. El modo AFR de funcionamiento típico de los SLI implica que la cpu trabajará de forma muy similar a si tuviera una potencia gráfica monogpu equivalente, ya que el sistema gráfico irá pidiendo "frames" al sistema (que los prepare y transfiera datos, etc), y las dos gpus trabajan alternando frames separados temporalmente de forma muy similar a lo que pasaría con una monogpu muy potente. Si fuera algún sistema alternativo a AFR, donde hay que compartir y transferir si cabe más datos entre gpus, o enviar la misma información del mismo frame a ambas gráficas, podría ser. Pero con el método AFR para la cpu sus tareas son muy similares a una monogpu que haya duplicado su potencia. Apenas hay sobrecarga por otras razones como la gestión de cada dispositivo (gráfica), o es simplemente despreciable. El meollo de la carga de trabajo está en la gestión de los datos para renderizar cada frame (que implica que el motor del juego debe generar un frame a renderizar, con todas las actualizaciones de estado del motor, etc), y en el caso de un SLI, más allá del incremento en potencia derivado del SLI, no hay razón para pensar que hace falta más potencia que para una monogpu equivalente. Por ejemplo una 295 me pide mas equipo que una 480, vamos la 480 va mucho mejor en un socket 775, la 295 va de pena, tampoco va bien en ese socket un SLI de 260. Se que contra mas potentes las tarjetas mas exigen, mas en SLI pero por regla general una monogpu de potencia similar trabaja mejor. hablo de equipos que limitan, por que en equipos buenos o que no limiten al SLI funcionara bien, es cuando el equipo limite cuando una monogpu tire mejor, aunque quizá tampoco trabaje a tope como en uno mas potente. Luego ya es también cosa del juego o motor, unos limitan mas que otros. saludos

    Which of these two coolers do you think is more effective, the Gigabyte Windforce or the Evga ACX? The latter has double bearings while Gigabyte has a third fan. Apart from cooling, do you think that the minimal difference in GPU clock score (insignificant) the Evga comes with better quality of materials and finishes?

    @wwwendigo:

    The performance is very similar, stick with the cheaper option, it's not worth paying extra for a laptop for anything below a 630M GDDR5 if it has an integrated intel igp like that, perfectly capable of matching the lower solutions for nvidia/AMD laptops.

    That's why I told him to put the laptop model, to see the specs, not just the graphics to see what CPU and if the price increase is for the card or because it comes with better hardware, also that it would be 4000 there could be a few.

    There are also 500 series in nvidia that could be worth more and be cheaper, or maybe other newer AMD ones.

    @incrediboy:

    blur motion is when moving objects leave a kind of trail behind them? ¬¬

    Yes, but you could try with any option that says "post process" or similar, if there is a strong dependency between frames the performance of a multigpu can be reduced in some cases to that of a graphics card, as you said it happens to you when you move, any kind of post-processing effect that is linked to when you move could have something to do with it.

    But I see that in principle this does not seem to be the case.
