The motherboard does not officially support that micro, and there are very few AM3+ micros that it supports, so it is a bad option.

Look for a more modern motherboard, as already commented in this same post from 10 years ago

@elcompul As your colleague mentioned, you could if your motherboard allowed it. The problem is that your motherboard is not a wall, but I've looked on YouTube and in some videos they do OC on some micro with that motherboard, so in principle you could. I also tell you that it might be more worth it for you to look for a 775 Quad Core. On YouTube there are people with that motherboard and Quad Cores and today you can have a great PC without spending much. You won't be able to play current games, (some), but you can play games from years ago.

Hello dear friend, yes it would be from scratch. The Corsair tower and DDR5 latency issues because I don't know when and they will surely be very expensive, so 4 (at least 32gb). I want to make it clear that it's because they have released these processors for that socket, otherwise I would have gone straight for a Ryzen 9. But anyway, I see that it's going to cost a lot of money. Anyway, soon we will see ourselves sharing and validating tests. To get the most out of the cores of the graphics card and, if possible, overclocking it, what recommendations do you have?

The issue of false positives has already been seen with adblock. There came a point when it was the one who paid that didn't appear on the lists, even if it was intrusive advertising or similar. Now we'll see who reviews that list as it grows.

Try pressing Control + F1 (I think that's the combination) when you're in BIOS, to unlock the advanced menus.

Once you save the changes, they will always come out.

@mij4el 4.8Ghz is the norm for air/water on most chips, I don't think you'll gain anything by changing the motherboard.

Here's another one who has jumped on the bandwagon and ordered a Xeon X5472 today to play around with on a recently acquired 775 board. I was thinking of inventing a RL xD When we're all tied up with them we could share recommendations
