I agree with @Namiga, that the symptoms you mention point more to a problem in the laptop's power system, than to a battery failure.

If the charger is faulty, it won't work when connected or charge the battery, but I fear the problem will be in the circuit that manages that.

It is clear that this type of problem always comes from the same side.

    Hello,

For video editing, it's always convenient to have a lot of cores, plenty of RAM, and of course a decent graphics card. Based on this, I would go for the unit that offers the best price with the maximum number of features.

In the case of Macbooks, it's true that they are super thin and that is appreciated, but with equal characteristics, they still seem quite expensive compared to conventional laptops.

    Best regards

It is also their way of differentiating themselves from Chinese manufacturers, releasing models with exclusive designs, new materials... in order to have a niche and create a brand image, and all of that costs a lot of money in development and components. Huawei, Xiaomi, Oppo and other Chinese brands can do a lot of damage, and they don't want to end up like other previously leading brands like Blackberry, Nokia or Sony. Before you had brands that innovated a lot like HTC, and nobody remembers them anymore.

It is done using the IMSI in the operator's logs, which is obtained when you connect to the operators' base stations, if you have a battery-powered mobile (Alcatel had one) with only 2G they follow you exactly the same. You can only get rid of it by being disconnected from the network

I was just going to say that!

This of putting a doggy screen protector, and then registering the fingerprint on it, is like putting a combination lock, and then leaving all the roulettes with the correct combination except one, to save time.

I bet that Samsung's patch will be mostly about putting a lot of signs with warnings about the use of unofficial screen protectors.

We'll see how the issue evolves.

Leaving aside the limitations imposed by the processor and internal storage, it seems to me a pretty interesting option for a good number of tasks. Moreover, x86 laptops in that price range do not even come close to having an FHD IPS screen. Anyway, I have read that it is a bit unbalanced in terms of weight because the internal components are not much bulkier than those of a Raspberry Pi 4 and it seems that the screen weighs almost more than the base.

Knowing you minimally, I assume that you had not synchronized your mobile phone with either a Samsung account or a Google account where your photos or data could have been backed up.
The main reason why those articles state that USB debugging should be activated is because there is no other way for the mobile phone and computer to communicate.
Unfortunately, I cannot help you with the recommendation of a recovery service.
    Good luck

Looking at the Asus website, I see drivers for W7 x64 so it seems that it does support that OS.

You do not indicate the size of the old disk or the new one, nor the time when the blue screens started.

Did you complete the installation? Were you able to use W7 for some time before it failed?...

If the answers are yes, I would start by looking into how to disable the Asus HDD Protection in BIOS, or from a safe mode boot.

A detail, in the graphic I think you are confusing the normal model with the lite, which is yours.

Right, it's already been corrected. I confused the Lenovo Yoga 3 Plus range; it's clear that in terms of performance and price it's not in the same league as mine.

@sylver said in Review Huawei Mediapad M3 Lite 10:

By the way, what version of Android have you put on it and how much more or less does it go by manufacturer, if it has support?

    Best regards!

For now I leave it with the Android that comes with it. It comes with EMUI 5.1 (Huawei's system based on Android 7). I like its minimalist look and it's not at all loaded. I think this model came out around last summer so I hope it still has quite a bit of official support left. The last update is from the end of November 2017. I attach a screenshot of the information that the system shows:

@cobito At least you have already narrowed down the options, so it looks like it will be either the Huawei Mediapad M3 or the Bq Aquaris M10. At this point it's like everything in life... make a decision and don't look back! ? I hope the one you choose turns out to be good and that you present it here with a mini-review or something similar.

@defaultuser I don't know the resources you need for that kind of programming, but I use virtual machines on my laptop (Dell XPS 9360) which has an i5 7200U, 8 GB and 256 GB NMVe SSD and it runs smoothly.
I think an i5 would be fine, although if you want a laptop that won't let you down in 3 or 4 years, you know that the best thing is to go long...as long as you have the budget, of course.
    How about this one?

I forgot to answer the last part: As for intense sessions, you won't need more ventilation than on any other laptop. These are from the PRO range and are designed to be used for hours.
