From personal experience, with a 1060 with 6gb of laptop and an intel 7 series quad core, you can play PUBG well, you will have more than enough, but I wouldn't buy it yet. If you can wait a few months, new graphics ranges from both nVidia and AMD will be released soon, they are supposed to be presented at the end of July. If it doesn't work out, I would wait to see how they turn out and the performance difference they have compared to the current ones, in addition to the fact that you will probably save something if you stay with the 1060, which will be liquidated to make room for the new ones.

What a scare, my source blew up and my team wouldn't start with the new one until I mounted the board outside and it worked... Short with case today

I still can't see it. A Z270 platform with the prices of the x299, I don't see it. SSD having M.2 either. Liquid cooling, good.
Memory 2400... with the price of the 3000. The blueray, or at least for me, is unnecessary. I think I use it once a year... if I'm lucky. And when I use it, it's to record an Xp for some old equipment.
If you're going to spend 1900€ on a computer, at least get one that will be profitable when resold.

Put Windows 10 64 bits on it, for now DX12 doesn't add anything but it's better to be prepared. More than one colleague has bought licenses for €10 on eBay and so far no one has complained.

As Sylver points out, it is important to know at least the use you are going to give it.
On the other hand, I see that motherboard as somewhat weak for that processor. I would suggest at least a GA-F2A75-D3H or its smaller sister, the GA-F2A75M-D3H; for having a 4+2 phase VRM.
With the RAM, you must bear in mind that when using integrated graphics, it consumes system memory, so those 8 GB will be reduced to 6 GB depending on the use; just keep that in mind.

When the budget is tight, I suggest the MX300 275, M.2 if it's for a current system, and as a complement, a mechanical tera. The main games on the SSD and the secondary ones on the HDD.

Personally when the budget is so tight, these small PCs seem to me the best option, and now that they are discounted, they are all advantages

You can buy it directly from the interested party, and then if later on you want more power, you can put some RAM or an SSD in it, and you'll look like a Lord
