1. Please read thoroughly through the Limited Warranty section of your Gainward Installation Guide.
2. Please download the Error Description Form, and fill it out to the best of your ability. This form will help us identify the problem on your Gainward product much quicker, and resolve it.
3. Please call our Technical Support department to request an RMA number. The telephone number to call is +49-89-89839-445. You can reach us Mondays, Tuesdays, and Thursdays from 9am until 12pm C.E.T., and from 2pm until 5pm C.E.T.. On Fridays, you can reach us from 9am until 1pm C.E.T.. Of course, you can request an RMA number with our Technical Support department by sending an E-Mail,
4. Download the RMA Form and complete it.
5. Remove the defective Gainward product from your PC, and place it in an anti-static bag. (This is the shiny little bag that your Gainward product was packaged in) Never use an ordinary plastic bag, as electrical discharge may occur.
6. Put the Gainward product in a sufficiently sized, well cushioned, sturdy cardboard box, along with the completed RMA Form, the completed Error Description Form and and a copy of proof of purchase. Please make sure that your current shipping address is included on the Error Description Form.
7. Write your RMA number in large letters right beside the address label on the outside of the parcel you are sending to us, .
8. Off it goes! Important note. .You need to cover all the shipping cost to us. Our Technical Support department has orders to reject any RMA shipment that is not fully paid for! Please send all defektive goods to the following address:
He leído la garantía, me he bajado el "Error Description Form". Mi inglés es bastante… como decirlo... penoso, si creo que penoso es la palabra adecuada, y no quiero llamar por teléfono. Así que quiero mandar el mail pidiendo el número de RMA, pero no pone nada de qué datos mandar por mail.
Por cierto, que no me hicieron factura, sólo tengo el ticket de compra, que no se si será suficiente, supongo que si.
